Shipping policy
Items are made to order and shipped out every Friday. Friday is the designated shipping day for all items in store, but if something should impact the ability to send shipments on time you will be notified. Items ordered from Saturday until 12pm the day of shipping will be sent in that batch of orders. If you order past 12pm on Friday, it will be shipped the Friday after.
If you order multiple items at once, they will be sent together in one package. If you make another order in the same shipping period/before the Friday of that same week, both orders will be combined into one package unless they are sent to different addresses or it is made clear that you wish for the orders to be separate. All packages are shipped through USPS with tracking numbers provided.
Prints are packaged with a backing board, stored in acid-free clear protective bags, and then shipped inside of rigid mailers. If you order more than three prints, they will come inside of a bubble mailer to accommodate the extra space needed. Stickers are shipped in small rigid mailers. Pins and pin sets will come in bubble mailers. Any soft item such as shirts or tote bags will be shipped in flexible polybags. If there are enough various items in an order, they may be shipped in a box instead.
Items that require extra steps or care may be shipped separately from the weekly shipping time to accommodate extra processes required. (For example- linocut print t-shirts and totes will be shipped 2 weeks from the day ordered to allow the ink time to properly set into the fabric.) If there is an item along these lines, the others in the order will be shipped after this waiting period in one package unless otherwise requested.
