Cancellation policy

If you wish to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of the initial order. Any orders that already have items made and fulfilled or have already been shipped cannot be cancelled. If you order an item before 12pm on Friday, which is the weekly delivery day, you cannot cancel the order due to the item being shipped on the day of purchase. If you wish to cancel a preorder, you can only do so until the item is in production. Once the item is in production you can no longer cancel the preorder.
